We do not permit them to sell or share your personal information, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use your content to train their general AI models.
Photos, videos, documents, and messages may include personal or sensitive details that are not needed for the feature, such as people, medications, mail, financial records, identification documents, or religious items. We do not need those details to provide the feature. If they are included, we use and disclose them only as described in this Policy. You can reduce this kind of sharing by cropping or blurring photos, redacting documents, and leaving sensitive information out of messages unless it is needed for your project.
Precise location is sensitive personal information under California law. California residents can learn about their right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information in Section 11. We retain AI inputs and outputs as described in Section 5, and we require providers to delete or return personal information as our contracts with them require.
AI-generated output is a draft or an estimate for you and your contractor to review. It is not a professional inspection, appraisal, legal determination, or guarantee.
We may disclose information when required by law, in response to legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, users, or the public.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may share aggregated and de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with third parties for marketing, analytics, research, and other purposes.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to legal retention requirements and ongoing obligations related to transactions or disputes.
You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in email messages or adjusting your notification preferences in account settings. Transactional and service-related emails cannot be opted out of.
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Bee Your GC and the contractor you are working with regarding your project, including service updates, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, nor your SMS opt-in or consent, with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. After you opt out you will receive a final confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may limit platform functionality. You may opt out of analytics tracking through third-party opt-out mechanisms.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Our Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete such information promptly.
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.

Some of these professionals are not registered users.
